Jessica Shipard is a Registered Architect and the Director of êssentia.

With more than 18 years of residential design experience, she specialises in  natural materials, climate-considered design, and that effortless barefoot luxury that feels right at home on the Eyre Peninsula.

Born and raised in this region, Jessica understands the rugged coastline, the wild weather patterns, and the tyranny of distance that makes this lifestyle and place so magnetic. 

Having worked in Adelaide, Malaysia and New Zealand, and now returning to the EP, she brings the belief that homes should be both beautifully refined and genuinely robust.

Jessica collaborates closely with people who want to live honestly and intentionally. She helps them clarify their vision, step away from the noise, and create homes that honour their values, their land, and the legacy they want to leave.
